Joshua Schachter is a Silicon Valley entrepreneur and angel investor. He is the creator of Del.icio.us, founder of GeoUR and co-creator of Memepool. He has been on the engineering staffs of Google and Yahoo.

He holds a B.S. in electrical and computer engineering at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh and is credited with inventing tagging on the web.

He is an currently starting an autonomous racing series for self-driving cars.
