San Jose’s SoFA District is a distinctive hotbed of art, music, design and cultural vitality. What will be its future in San Jose’s rapidly developing Downtown.  This forum will take place at MACLA’s Castellanos Playhouse and will be moderated by Jessica Cusick, who is currently creating a plan for the California Arts Council on the implementation of A189, the State’s new bill creating certified cultural districts.
